Nice spacious room. Good beds. Beautiful location, the city centre is within walking distance. You can also have a very good breakfast in the city.
The smell in the staircase was terrible.

Top location directly at the park. Very nice ambience.
Railway line within earshot on a hotel side, was not an issue at night. Windows are also well soundproofed.

Boutique hotel with pleasant views as a bonus. Best possible location, within walking distance of South Inch park. Only 5 minutes walking to downtown. Good restaurant. Overall just perfect stay for a wedding which was also hosted by the venue.

The spacious Superior Double Room offered a lovely view over a peaceful park. Breakfast was of high quality with a variety of choices, and the overall cleanliness was commendable, particularly the huge, soft towels provided. Access to the hotel was slightly tricky, as it was not directly on the main road, and the room was cool upon arrival, taking too long to heat. The dining experiences, both dinner and breakfast, stood out for their excellent service.

Private parking, close proximity to railway station, lovely garden for relaxation
A rather unkempt net curtain in the room, windows could really use a thorough clean!!! The heating fan was noisy and had a peculiar smell, which definitely isn't ideal!!!

The food.

The reviews which I had read before booking were very complimentary. However, we found the hotel to be dark and tired, the food was below average and the website led us to believe that there were two restaurants when there was in fact only one. We had to send our meals back and the final bill was extortionate for such a disappointing experience. The ladies toilets were less than clean and tidy and the en suite bathroom needed a good clean. There was absolutely no atmosphere, a very soul-less place indeed.

Just a good pick for a quick stop in Perth with decent value for money. Really appreciated the super friendly staff who made me feel welcome. Check out the fine garden during your stay!

The atmosphere in the hotel was so relaxed and you felt looked after without the staff being intrusive in any way. The room we had (Willowgate) was very pretty, comfortable and clean and we immediately felt at home. Everything in the hotel was just as it should be, taking into account the surroundings and style of building. I could have perfectly happily stayed there for days and days.

decent stay but lacked thorough cleanliness
The room featured thoughtful amenities like an iron and ironing board. There were also good touches like the tea and coffee setup on a tray, everything was organized and easily accessible.
I did notice some areas where cleanliness could improve.
